Kirsty Leray

Kirsty is an expert in adverse food reactions (food allergies, food chemical sensitivities, FODMAP intolerances) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). She is qualified as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with over 12 years of experience.

Kirsty works across a number of locations in Sydney, including Australia's leading hospitals, The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Allergy Unit and St Vincent's Hospital Sydney. She also works at Annandale General Practice in the inner west of Sydney and also provides private consults online. 

She provides consultations to clients via telehealth, telephone, or face-to-face in Annandale, Sydney. Kirsty also provides nutrition presentations to groups including Gymnastics NSW. 

Kirsty is available for online mentoring to dietitians in the area of adverse food reactions, and also available for international consultations via Zoom.

Having food intolerances herself, Kirsty recognises the important relationship between eating and health.
